AllianceCorp Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd is headquartered in Penang, Malaysia, with four manufacturing sites in Malaysia, China, Netherlands and Czech Rep, with a total of 585,000 sf floor space and 900 staff worldwide and two sales offices in Singapore and the USA.
The iNetic journey starts in 1997 under the banner of S&S Winding.
A company primarily focused on stator manufacturing. This early foundation laid the groundwork for our commitment to precision and excellence. In 2008, a significant milestone occurred when we merged with JBS Racing, an engineering powerhouse renowned for designing and building combustion engines, for sidecar racing. This merger brought together the remarkable engineering expertise of JBS Racing and the electric motor knowledge of S&S Winding, giving birth to iNetic. This marked the inception of our ability to offer customers a design service, covering everything from initial requirements to prototype construction.
By 2015, iNetic had honed its expertise and identified a crucial gap in the market. We recognized the need for an off-the-shelf product that possessed the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of applications while having already undergone rigorous testing and development for use in production environments. This realization led to the creation of the iEV motor range.

In 2022, iNetic reached another pivotal moment by merging with Moto Optima, a dynamic startup comprising experienced engineers. The Moto Optima team brought to the table an impressive track record of delivering integrated motor, inverter, and gearbox designs for both automotive OEMs and other markets. Their management team’s extensive experience in global product delivery and high-volume manufacturing added a new dimension to iNetic’s capabilities.
Towards the end of 2022, we proudly unveiled our latest triumph, the iDA. The iDA represents the pinnacle of our efforts in developing integrated 3-in-1 motion solutions, embodying our dedication to pushing the boundaries of technology and offering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
